If I remember correctly, the original premise that was pitched for this animation was that it was going to focus on anal tentacles and egg laying, so unless that’s changed, that sticker is most likely staying on the whole time.
And honestly I prefer it that way. I much prefer anal over vaginal, and there are already so many animations that have vaginal or both vaginal and anal. It’s rare to find an animation this long(10+ mins) that focuses solely on anal.

The artistry going into this looks better than a lot of animated films released in theater’s. I love the character’s voice. It gives her a uniqueness apart from the the other characters and gives her a level of humor the others don’t have. And the look of the character seems fun too. I’m looking forward to seeing this one.
