Take Action Against Unlawful Censorship!

You probably heart about the new ToS update basically banning everything other than vanilla. I was affected by it a month early it seems compared to other artists that are learning about it now. However, it’s important to understand, it’s not SubscribeStar or Patreon that’s responsible for this.
The financial institutions are the real reason and it is against the law.
I just want to emphasize, it is a change made by payment processors and underlying network of banking mafia. Porn is just a scapegoat in their ongoing war to de anonymize the internet, rich elites with fancy islands want to make sure you stay in your place and don’t notice things, such as who is really ruling over you.
The banks are colluding as a monopoly to circumvent the existing laws and apply their own censorship on LEGAL entertainment. They want to control the narrative and financially destroy any creator that speaks up on things they don’t want you to hear. Porn and safety is just a convenient excuse to gain more control over the plebs.
Breach of Anti-Trust Laws
In US, EU and most of the civilised world there are Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Art laws guaranteed by constitutions. Payment processors and banks using their monopoly to apply financial censorship are breaking the Anti-Trust law and should be investigated.
The argument of “we’re private companies” doesn’t work, as they’re acting in unison and colluding together making these decisions. In free market, if Mastercard banned you, you could still use other card providers. However here, they platforms such as SubscribeStar or Patreon are left without any options, as all payment processors are acting as a monopoly. That’s why Anti-Trust laws exist and should be used.
We need strong legislation for fair access to banking, and for that YOU (you personally, not “someone”) need to contact your local government representative and tell them about the ongoing abuse and breaking the law by the financial institutions.
Proper legislation that guarantees free banking as an essential service is the only way for our space to survive.
Take action and contact your government representative.
You probably noticed many of your favorite creators have toned down the works, censored themselves or even left the space completely. They’re boiling us all like frogs, encroaching more and more on our freedom of speech and soon there will be nothing good to fap to.
There is some proposed legislation in the US that would help, however it needs a push. If you are in the US, please do speak up about this by using the provided methods on the website below. Be kind, professional and let them know the banks are breaking the law.

If you’re in the EU, I don’t have an easy link to give you, you need to find your local politicians and explain the situation to them.
Do not think the situation will solve itself on its own or someone else will take action for you. You are personally responsible as a citizen of your country to make sure the massive monopoly of corporations is obeying the law. Pick up the phone, write some e-mails, go there in person. Seriously.

Hey Big G, There are platforms that use token-based systems, allowing users to make purchases and, in some cases, bypass these restrictions. SubscribeStar, for example, has recently introduced tokens, and the Pix payment method (from my country) has also been added.
I’m not sure how to file a formal complaint about this issue with payment processors in my country. Recently, a new law aimed at protecting children came into effect, and it now requires facial scanning if you are not using a VPN.

To be honest, its been annoying me for a good while how those financial institutions take the liberty of telling me in what i can spend MY money or no. I mean in the end they “help me” (kinda) by enabling digital options for me to spend it, but as far as i know that gives them no right in telling me what i can consume, i’m the one that worked hard the whole month and earned that money, so those dudes can come and tell me “you can’t spend this here because it goes against our christian beliefs”?. Nah “Children Protection” crap is just a facade, it always been, i completely agree with that person that said “we should go back to them times were parents actually parent their children” because with actions like this, allowing those fat fishes take the control and do whatever they want its just being submissive to them.

Yeah it is nothing new but for sure getting worse. Right now they are working on passing a bill in CommieFornia that would require ALL DEVICES at the OS level to collect your age info and more in order to “protect the children” Maybe we should go back to a society where parents actual parent their children rather than relying on gov’t to do it.

You could consider just opening an only fans posting some vanilla “non threatening” scene once a month to post on it so people can just buy a membership there while you continue to post the good stuff here. Just don’t add a link to the only fans to this website and register it under a different handle

There’s plenty of workarounds, they only work until someone reports you.
The real solution is strong legislation to regulate the financial institutions, not some technical workarounds.
I’m not going to crawl around like I’m doing something wrong. What I do is LEGAL. What the banks do is ILLEGAL.
Simple as that.

Sadly, this nonsense has been going on for a really long time and NOTHING good has happened, or changed.
I went to several websites a year ago (or maybe even 2?!) to offer some kind of support and I’m pretty sure I heard about lawsuits last year as well, but these payment processors have more money than we can imagine and they will keep using it, to be obnoxious.
To what end?! Who knows?!
I mean, THE biggest source of income might just be porn and/or sex related stuff, like toys and whatnot and yet, they want to block people from using their platforms to pay for any of it!!
If banks had their way, they would refuse payments as well, but for now, they are settling for just spying on you and closing your account, when they don’t feel like having you as a client anymore.
Not like you can do anything about it anyway, right?

So yeah, I DO support ANY attempt at making it make sense, but as usual, my hopes are low.
I know I am a pessimist and all that, but look around you. If you’ve been around for at least 40 years, (or 44) like I have, then you know things are going to sh@.
I have no idea where people get their optimism from, but that is possibly just related to my chronic depression, however, you can’t tell me that, with everything going on now and for the past decade, we are moving in the right direction!
I fear for my own future, let alone for that of our next generation(s).
Money=power. People’s voices can be overruled, by distracting them with BS on Tiktok, or wherever and in the meantime, you are being closely monitored everywhere you go and with everything you do…

I set up crypto donation option like 3 years ago and I got a total of 3 donations for a total of around 100$ in these past 3 years.

Crypto users are an ***EXTREME*** minority of people, they’re just ***EXTREMELY*** loud about it and that’s why it seems like it’s so widespread (it’s not).
